2. prodavam-imot.bg is a platform for advertisements in the area of the market related to real estate. prodavam-imot.bg is owned by "Prodavam property EOOD"
3. Any person who has loaded on his browser prodavam-imot.bg or has been redirected to it, should familiarize himself carefully with these General Terms and Conditions and if the person does not wish to become a user of the service of prodavam-imot.bg, if it does not wish to provide data and information and to have access to data and information, it should immediately leave the site.
I. Property ads
1. Advertisements can be published both by persons who wish to conclude a single transaction (hereinafter referred to as "private persons") and by those who conclude such transactions by occupation (hereinafter referred to as "real estate agencies" or "agencies ").
2. Each ad should contain information about only one property.
3. It is mandatory to correctly and accurately fill in all the fields in the form to record an ad, otherwise the site administrators reserve the right to edit, change the position and delete ads with wrong or incorrectly filled content. Only information that specifically relates to the advertised property may be published.
4. Ads published in violation of these General Terms and Conditions may be deleted without compensation.
5. "I am selling a property EOOD" is not responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the published advertisements. All responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of the published ads rests with the person who publishes them. By the fact of publication, the publisher declares that the advertisements do not contain misleading information.
6. Private individuals can post ads on prodavam-imot.bg only after registration with email and password.
9. A phone number that is used in a registered agency/company profile cannot be used to post ads /free or paid/ from a private person's profile.
10. The status of an advertisement entered by an agency or private persons may be: published or archived.
11. The published ads are visible to all users of the services of prodavam-imot.bg
12. Archived ads are visible only to their owners.
13. Any listing may be corrected or deleted. Editing an ad does not change its status. The status is changed only by correction of the status itself. The correction of information in an advertisement or its deletion is carried out immediately.
14. When sending e-mails through prodavam-imot.bg, the content must not contain offensive and/or discriminatory qualifications. Such behavior is not tolerated by prodavam-imot.bg. Accounts of users disregarding this condition may be blocked.
15. On the site prodavam-imot.bg, it is not allowed to announce a price without VAT in the "Price of the property" field, regardless of the presence of an accompanying clarification in the text of the ad.
16. All ads on prodava-imot.bg are completely free.
II. Individuals and Firms
1. Real estate companies and persons carrying out real estate transactions by profession can publish ads on prodavam-imot.bg only after registration as a legal entity and only through their profile.
2. Companies can maintain an unlimited number of advertisements on the site, as long as this is not related to an attempt to deliberately fill the capacity of the site's service servers (flooding).
3. Real estate companies undertake to publish only real and up-to-date advertisements. In case the advertised property is sold (rented), the agency is obliged to remove the offer for the property from the site within the working day.
III. ОБЩИ РАЗПОРЕДБИ
1. These General Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by "Prodavam Imoti" EOOD in order to improve the quality of the provided services as well as with the introduction of new ones. The changes may also result from changes in the Bulgarian legislation.
2. "Продавам Имоти" EООД си запазва правото да променя Общите условия по всяко време и по своя преценка. Промените се поместват на официалната страница на сайта и влизат в сила от деня на поместването им там. Ползвателите на услугите на сайта са длъжни да проверяват актуализациите на Общите условия и да съобразяват поведението си с тях.
2. The provisions of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria apply to all issues not settled in these General Terms and Conditions.
3. All disputes arising in the relations between the users of the site's services and "Prodavam Imoti" EOOD are resolved by mutual agreement, and if such is not reached - before the competent courts, in accordance with the legislation applicable in the Republic of Bulgaria.
